Payments are due in full at the time that your services are rendered. Woods gynecology does not bill insurance. Dr. Woods and all of our practitioners are considered out of network with all insurance plans. We accept HSA and FSA cards, all major credit cards, and cash payments.

We can provide you with a superbill form to file with your insurance carrier upon request. This process is the patient’s responsibility and Woods gynecology cannot guarantee any insurance reimbursement. You are encouraged to call your insurance carrier to understand your out of network benefits.

If you have Medicare or Medicaid, please inform us at your visit. You will need to sign a waiver acknowledging that neither you nor Dr. Woods’ office staff will bill Medicare or Medicaid directly for services.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service and is the ultimate responsibility of each patient.  We accept cash, money order, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We no longer accept personal checks. Unpaid balances will be subject to a financing fee of 10% on an annual basis.

Late & Cancellation Policies

We have a 10 minute late policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, please be aware that you will most likely be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is very necessary for us to remain on time and respect all of our patients. Please call us if you anticipate you will be running late.  Also, we request a 48-hour notice of cancellation.  If prior notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge a $150.00 fee to your account.
